A 103-home Springhill Suites lodge is staying proposed for the Whitestone Station combined-use improvement in Menomonee Falls.

The resort would be on the west aspect of Falls Parkway concerning a Property2Suites resort and Café Zupas, according to strategies reviewed Tuesday by the village Architectural Manage Board.

The Springhill Suites is currently being produced by Milwaukee-dependent Cobalt Companions LLC, the grasp developer for Whitestone Station Coralville, Iowa-primarily based lodge operator Kinseth Hospitality Cos., and American Design Products and services, an architectural and design organization primarily based in West Bend.

Those are the similar corporations which produced the Residence2Suites, which opened in June 2017.
